We work with the client from programming stage through construction. Governmental requirements for project approval and permitting are becoming increasing complicated. We will attempt to streamline the process to get your project approved sooner. We do three-dimensional renderings which can help the client to comprehend the design as well as assist in getting the project through the governmental approval processes.
